YOUTH FOOTBALL REGISTRATION

Saanich Wolverines have both a Fall and Spring season with separate registration in-takes. 

Spring Registration - Open Now!

To register a player for an Atom, PeeWee, Junior Bantam football team you will be directed to the Greater Victoria Minor Football Association Registration page hosted by TeamLinkt. If you haven't already you will be required to create an account (username and password) in order to be able to register a player for a team.

Prior to registering please visit our TeamLinkt page to determine which division your player should be registering for based on age and birth year, and whether they will be registering for the regular team or practice team.

REGULAR TEAMS - Atom, PeeWee, Junior Bantam

Registration Fee:

  • $350 (payable when you register by e-transfer, or tap by debit/credit card at gear pick up).

 

Additional Fees:

Three postdated Deposit Cheques are required for Equipment ($300), Uniforms ($200), and Volunteer ($200) fees. Players will be issued tackle equipment in February. Deposit cheques are required before equipment is loaned to players. These cheques will be returned uncashed once equipment, uniforms and the mandatory volunteer hours at games have been filled.

Examples of volunteering includes Play Count, Sticks, Commissioner, half time snack. Volunteer hours are assigned by a Team Manager to help at home and away games. If you do not have cheques, a valid credit card number may be provided.

Age Verification:

All players must provide a copy of a Personal Health Card (BC Services Card), Birth Certificate or Passport.

A scanned copy or photo is ok.

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to our gvmfa.general@gmail.com including a reason for the withdrawal. No refunds will be issued for players withdrawing after March 31 for the Spring season, or September 1 for the fall season. If a player registration is accepted after these dates, refunds will not be accepted once a season game has been played. All refunds will be subject to a $75 admin fee which includes Insurance, Power Up Sports fees, Bambora fees, BCPFA fees and Football Canada fees. If tackle equipment has been issued a $15 charge for socks will also be deducted.
